At Agora Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

We do not accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1-Contact our customer support team at Agora.innovative@gmail.com with your            order number and reason for the return.

2-Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back.

3-Ship the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for           return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost for the item, if still available in stock.
